1. Who we are
ShipDar is operated by Jeel LLC, a company based in Virginia, USA. ShipDar sells prepaid shipping labels from carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL Express through our shipping partner. We are not a carrier: the carrier you choose transports and delivers your package under its own terms and conditions, which also apply to your shipment.
2. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate addresses, package weight and dimensions, and a truthful description and value of every item.
- Do not ship prohibited, dangerous or illegal items, or anything banned by the carrier, the United States or the destination country.
- Package your items safely and attach the label and any customs documents as instructed.
- Comply with US export laws and sanctions. We do not ship to embargoed destinations.
3. Prices, payment and adjustments
Prices are shown before you pay and are charged in US dollars by card through Stripe. If the carrier measures a higher weight or larger size than you declared, or adds surcharges (for example address corrections), we may charge the difference to the card you used. By paying you authorize these adjustment charges.
4. Customs, duties and taxes
International shipments are sent with duties and taxes unpaid (DDU). The recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes and fees. If they are not paid, the package may be returned or abandoned, and return charges may apply.
5. Delivery times, loss and damage
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Claims for loss or damage are handled under the carrier's rules and, if you bought it, under the optional shipping insurance up to the insured value. We will help you file a claim.

7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any shipment is limited to the amount you paid us for that label, plus any insurance coverage you purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays, seizures or actions by carriers or customs authorities.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.
