What we collect

• Sender and recipient names, addresses, phone numbers and your email address.
• Package details and, for international shipments, the description and value of the items.
• Payment information is entered on Stripe's secure page. We never see or store your full card number.
• Messages you send to our support chat.

How we use it

Only to quote and buy your shipping label, prepare customs documents, send your label and tracking updates by email, charge any carrier adjustments, prevent fraud, and answer your questions.

Who we share it with

• The carrier you choose and our shipping partner (Shippo), so the package can be shipped.
• Customs authorities, through the carrier, for international shipments.
• Stripe, to process payments, and our email provider, to send you messages.
• Our AI support provider, only for the messages you type in the support chat.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for shipping, customer support, accounting and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@shipdar.com, subject to records we must keep by law.

Cookies

We use a cookie to remember your language. Our payment page is provided by Stripe, which may use its own cookies for security and fraud prevention. We may also use the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to measure visits and which ads lead to orders; they use cookies set by Meta and Google. You can block them in your browser settings or with an ad blocker, and the site keeps working.
