Unused labels

If you bought a label and did not use it, email us your order number or tracking number. We will request a refund from the carrier. Each carrier has its own refund window and rules, so please ask as soon as you know you won't ship. Once the carrier approves it, we refund the label price to your card.

Labels that could not be created

If the carrier rejects your shipment after you pay, we refund you automatically.

Used labels

A label that has been scanned by the carrier cannot be refunded. For lost or damaged packages, see the claims section in our Terms of Service.

Carrier adjustments

Charges for a higher weight or larger size than declared come from the carrier and are not refundable.
