Who pays customs duties?
The recipient. Duties and taxes are set by the destination country and collected by the carrier at delivery.
Where do I drop off my package?
At any location of the carrier you chose: Post Office, The UPS Store, FedEx Office, Walgreens, DHL ServicePoint and more. Your email includes a link to the nearest one.
How are your prices so low?
We use the discounted commercial rates carriers give to high-volume shippers, and pass the savings to you.
What can't I ship?
Dangerous goods, loose lithium batteries, flammable liquids, weapons, cash, and anything banned by the destination country.
What if I enter the wrong weight?
The carrier re-weighs every package. If it is heavier or bigger than declared, the difference is charged to the card you paid with.
How do I track my package?
